Our application page is now open. This window of opportunity may not last long.
Two points to be aware of:
  1. Apply only if you are ready to adopt right now.
  2. If you live outside the Mid-South area, you will have to make two trips to the kennel; first, to choose a greyhound and second to pick up your new pet following its spaying/neutering.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and your desire to give a forever home to a retired racer.

Effective April 1, 2021, MSGAO will accept adoption applications from these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

We encourage those living outside the above states to seek out a National Greyhound Association-approved greyhound adoption program in their areas. A list of adoption programs nationally is available here.

Call for an appointment to view available hounds.  Here's a link to our listings.
